I received a letter from Outpatient Booking Co-ordinator dated 7 days earlier for induction of pregnancy, my expectation date was 8 days before I received this letter, and I had my baby 6 days earlier at 40 +2.
None of this information was given, even though it was a high risk pregnancy.
All the staff during labour seemed focused about is putting pins/screw in my child's head, vitamin K, Pethidine and Epidural.
Hopefully this will be my last child and I don't ever need to go back to maternity or deal with the issues of pregnancy with people that don't really seem to care.
Yes you have the odd 1 or 2 that care, but as you go up the hierarchy all that care seems to diminish.
