"Terrible practice "

About: Tower House Surgery

The latest issue is today Been on hold to them in que position 1 for 35 minutes late afternoon and they never answered the phone . Their communication is terrible . I’ve had open heart surgery the end of November and they havnt even contacted me once . I need Physio because of the pain but just can’t get hold of them
