About: Talking Therapies Rotherham

Person who I spoked to was nice and respectful, however I was promised to be contacted back in 1-2 weeks time to tell me about next steps and therapy which they can offer to me as it wasn't simple situation and person did not know what to offer.

It's been two weeks, and I haven't receive the call back. This makes it feel like my wellbeing isn't important. I have lost my job in a meantime and my mental health went down, and how can I ask for help again when I feel ignored and forgotten?!

Super disappointed...

Thanks for your feedback, I'm so disappointed to hear that we haven't contacted you as we had promised to. I can understand why you would feel like your wellbeing is not important. I would really appreciate it if you could ring our office on 03000215108 and pass along a message for Faye to call you, please let admin know your name and date of birth so they can locate your record. You can also leave an answerphone message. I will investigate what's going on with your care and send you an SMS with a time when I will call. Let's figure out what's gone wrong and ensure we get back on the right track.

I really hope to hear from you soon, and will prioritise getting in touch with you. Unfortunately as I don't know your details from this feedback I won't be able to contact you directly, but I will keep an eye out for a message from admin so I can identify you and we can speak ASAP.
