About: Crosshouse Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I attended the endoscopy unit for a day surgery procedure.

Lovely nurses who took time to reassure me and explained what would happen. From speaking to a admin worker Audrey on the phone, to my phone assessment, my check in by Liz, my procedure by Ann, to the  recovery nurse.

You were all amazing . Thank you ladies
