"Fix BMI scales!"

About: Oakfield Surgery

Great practice, amazing and helpful staff. However can we please repair the BMI scale in the lobby! It’s been well over 6 months it’s been sitting there with an out of order sign! If you won’t repair it then please remove it. My GP speaks to my about my weight, I have been making efforts to improve I use my scales at home but to check my BMI I can’t even do it locally! Very disappointed.

We’ve been looking into repair options, but given the time it has taken, we agree that a resolution is overdue. We will escalate this matter to avoid further inconvenience.

In the meantime, if you need a BMI check, please don’t hesitate to ask at reception—we’d be happy to assist by booking you in with our nurses. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience.
