"They really put me at ease"

This was my second biopsy but a very different experience. 

While the first appointment was fine, this one was managed better. Even though it was my second biopsy, everything was explained fully and clearly. They kept talking to me throughout the procedure, checking I was OK and explaining what they were doing next (the first appt did not do this) which really put me at ease and made me feel part of the process.

Even though I knew what to expect, they really put me at ease and talking through each step as they did it was so helpful

I am sorry to hear that your first experience was "just fine", however am pleased to hear that your second experience was more positive and that staff fully explained the procedure to you.
