Unfortunately, there is no e-consult service and the phone system is an impossible hurdle to get through. Their phone machine says to ring at 9am for pre-bookable appointments and as this was not an urgent matter, that’s what I did. I called at 9:02am and was 27th in the queue. I got through after approximately 30 minutes to be told there are no pre-bookable appointments left with a doctor or nurse practitioner and none for today either. This leaves literally no option for me other than to continue to try this again and again every day. I’m hoping they will think of a better system moving forward such as an e-consult service but as of now, it simply isn’t possible to get an appointment.
