(as the patient),

I recently had a fracture requiring admission to Western Isles Hospital. The whole process from the front door of Accident and Emergency, X-ray, surgical ward, theatre to discharge was excellent.

All staff were professional ,kind and caring and the food was excellent. I also witnessed the same care and kindness to others in the ward.
