"My dad asked me to pass on his gratitude"

Re: Urology outpatients, Castle Hill Hospital, Hull. Appointment in March, my dad asked me to pass on his gratitude that:

The team saw him despite being 20 minutes late for his appointment, due to problems with buses. Particularly grateful given it was an appointment later in the day. Receptionist was reassuring also.

You put him at ease, despite the personal nature of the tests he was having, and little compilations along the way - in his words, her manner was absolutely brilliant.

You explained, in layman's terms, what the tests showed, and the options for resolving the issue. Use of a diagram really helped him. He feels confident about the procedure he might be having, and the onward referral process.

Thank you for all of your help, for my dad and everyone else.
