"Incredible care"

I’ve had to visit twice in the last couple weeks after I cut me finger pretty badly with a knife.

The team took care of me when the incident first happened. And referred me to Stoke Mandeville where I had surgery.

Then post surgery I was concerned it was getting infected and had to pop back. Where the wound was cleaned and re positioned in the splint.

Both times I was seen promptly, was made to feel at ease and supported.

I cannot sing the praises of the team at Hemel enough. The level of attention and consideration I was given was incredible. Their medical processes are spot on, efficient and professional, couldn’t ask for better.

But they are also incredibly caring and emotionally available to patients, which means so much when someone is worried is hurting.

Thank you for all your hard work. You are all absolute stars and should be proud of the service you provide to people. I am certainly very greatful.
