"Phoned up"

I phoned up as I was struggling and I've always told if I needed to phone up even if my lead practitioner was not their. I phoned up only to get a voicemessage telling me I have a appointment in a few days. That was not the point. The point is I needed support right then and there and was advised in the past to phone for more support especially as I was trying to arrange some support over the weekend but I've just been told to wait and breath. Sorry, what. how is that going to help. To be fair it's made no difference to my current crisis to breathe and wait u till my appointment when I needed supported right then and there and something in place over the weekend like I was advised to. Absolutely useless if you phone up for advice and support. Wouldn't surprise me if myself or anyone else was treated like that before your service was closed for the weekend ended up in a bad way.
