I have generally received excellent service from this practice. However last Monday I needed to seek medical support for a condition that was becoming worse& thought e-consult would give the opportunity to provide fuller details for GP’s consideration. I was surprised that it was the physiotherapist that responded but my consultation seemed quite thorough & I was told it needed to be referred to GP so I then expected contact. 3 days later I had heard nothing so contacted surgery to follow up and asked if it could be logged that my condition was continuing to get worse rather than better. Told my best option was to ring at 8.00am next week to book a Dr appointment if I wanted an earlier review. So really a waste of time as I could have done that last Monday and would probably have seen a Dr before now.
