My first appointment was to assess how much wax was in my ears and I was asked all relevant questions questions relating to my health and past history. The nurse was great.
She advised me what to do in order for this procedure to be carried out.
My second appointment, Amanda was very nice, she made me comfortable and was talking to me all the way through the procedure.
Always asking if I was ok to continue. My ears are now fully functioning.
