"Postnatal community visit"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Maternity unit

(as the patient),

I have been enjoying continuity of care with my midwife at the Clarkmannashire community centre. But I have just been told that continuity would stop postnatal, and I am anxious because my mid wife won’t be available as she would be working in the unit instead of community for when my baby is due.

I have had a bad time through out pregnancy especially my first trimester and they were all here for me both physically and emotionally. I had hoped they would be available to support me once the baby is here but the news of not being around is devastating to me at this point.

I would be happy if this can be looked at as this would leave me more happy and confident.
