"Their friendly approach made me feel at ease"

About: North Hampshire Community Therapy Team

(as a service user),

I spent 13 months in hospital over a 2 year period and when leaving Basingstoke hospital the first time I could not walk I went to Andover for rehab and they got me walking but when I came home I needed more intense physio. I could not go up and down the stairs but Amber and Tracy persevered with me and I achieved this, without their help I know I would not have had the confidence to do it.

After I came out of hospital the second time I needed their help again to which they helped immensely with encouraging me to do the exercises and get up and walk even though at times it was painful.

This 3rd time I was sleeping down stairs as I couldn't get up the stairs but Amber and Tracy gave me the motivation to make it happen. Their dedication and professionalism but also friendly approach made me feel at ease and trust there decisions.

Basingstoke community care should be proud to have Amber and Tracy on your team they have got my mobility back and I will be forever grateful to them.
