"Staff gave me confidence that I was in good hands"

I wanted to record my appreciation for the way I was dealt with during my appointment for a flexible cystoscopy earlier this week at Wonford Urology Procedure Clinic.

The staff, from the reception to the clinical team, were friendly and helpful, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was seen promptly, and given a clear explanation of what to expect.

Melissa led the team in the procedure room, and was always considerate and thoughtful in the way she treated me. She had an excellent manner, and gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Although I was a male patient among four females, I felt very little embarrassment due to the professional manner in which the staff conducted themselves. Thank-you!
