(as a parent/guardian),

The ladies at Drumalane House, Newry were absolutely amazing with my son at his blood appointment today. He has additional needs and is non speaking and they treated him with such care and compassion and put us all at ease.

Hello Corvusny77,

Thank you for taking the time to leave some lovely feedback, I have shared this with the staff involved in the Blood Clinic and they were delighted to read it.

It is important to us to make these appointments as stress free as possible as we appreciate that it can heighten anxieties for children and young people coming into an environment that is different, for investigations.
