About: St Austell Community Hospital

(as the patient),

Today i visited St Austell surgical hub for a Laparoscopy and implant removal. 

I hope this reaches the relevant people because I just want to say an enormous thank you! Every single member of staff went above and beyond. From start to finish.

I had a few wobbles which they handled absolutely perfectly. Their kindness and understanding meant so much and I literally couldn't have done it without them. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard regarding my anxieties. They instantly put my mind at ease. 

So thank you all once again!! Absolutely perfect treatment and support !!
