"The care I received from staff was excellent"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Gynaecology Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Operation was performed by Miss Barnett which went well loved that she spoke to me before the operation and care I received from staff was excellent in the theatre.

I stayed over night in Wynard Ward because Barnstaple Hospital had managed to get me a space at Royal Devon in Exeter the nurses were very good and very helpful managed pain which was a blessing.

The hospital was very clean and the service that I received really good well done!

Sometimes, working in the NHS can be very challenging for the whole of the staff groups as each and every member always make the very best endeavours to serve and provide the best patient care package possible. Not all expectations can be met, but the staff strive very hard to try and achieve the very best that they can.

You very kind feedback will truly make a big difference to all of the staff who facilitated your visit and helped to provide the best care for you.

I will be passing your feedback on to my respective team as it will serve to provide appreciation for the job they love doing, to remind them that their work does not go unrecognised and that the smallest things always make a difference.
