My goodness I cannot begin to tell you how lovely all your staff in the west of England eye unit are!

Apart from being very thorough and thoughtful of my condition they went above and beyond

I truly felt cared for, respected and made to feel more relaxed!

From the reception staff to the nurses, and then of course Bronwyn and the lovely student nurse, who carried out the eye tests with her, they were just lovely along with being professional, they explained why they did certain tests. Excellent.

I managed to lose my handbag. I went back to the receptionist on the ward (I'm sorry I can't remember her name but my word what a lovely lady! She even took the time to come with me to the last room I visited where my bag was. She managed to keep me from getting too worried

I even managed to see Emma, who I normally see at Axminster, for being very busy she took the time to say a quick hello and ask how I was!

As you can see, you should be very proud of your whole team. I am!
