About: Community Respiratory Care / Community Respiratory Services (Newry & Mourne)

(as a service user),

I attended the Community Respiratory Service in Newry Leisure Centre for eight weeks following a diagnoses of COPD and Asthma.

I found the staff to be very professional, supportive and helpful during my time there.

The exercise programme was excellent and has contributed to a significant improvement in my condition. I couldn't commend the staff there highly enough for their inspiration and commitment to their job.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to send in such lovely feedback for the N&M Community Respiratory Team it is really appreciated. I know the team really enjoy this aspect of the service they deliver. It is really humbling to hear first hand of the benefits and quality of the programme for our patients, well done for completing this and now you have a link to the team for future advise should you need this. Pulmonary rehabilitation is well evidenced to reduce flare ups and hospital admissions. I wish you good health for the future.
