I am autistic and was treated by the receptionist like I am stupid! She would not listen to me, talked over me and kept repeating herself. I gave up trying to get through to her. The “conversation” left me very distressed, tearful and shaking :(

As the complaints Manager I am sorry that your experience in our surgery was not a positive one, we would certainly never want any patient to feel like this.
