"Rude staff"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Went in for an ultrasound scan and was dealt with the a very rude and unhelpful staff member. They made me feel like a piece off rubbish.

This isn't my only bad experience off raigmore, been there a few times recently and it's just incredible about how bad that place is. Every consultant I encountered seemed hell bent on proven people wrong in their problems.

I have worked hard and paid taxes for almost 30 years believing that when I need help from the nhs they would be there to help, how i was wrong.

I have worked customer facing jobs and if I ever treated people the way raigmore hospital does it would off been sacked. 

Please sort that hospital out us feels like the rest off the Highlands know just how ridiculous, rude , unhelpful the staff are.

In my opinion, they are playing with people's life's and wellbeing
