About: Belfast City Hospital / Urology

(as a relative),

My father recently attended an appointment with Sam. She made him feel at ease, explained all in a professional and personal way at a time when he was anxious about the news he may receive.

Sam demonstrated person-centred care at its best, and for that we as a family are thankful.  

He is now off to live his best life and enjoy all the work in the garden.
