"Couldn't have been easier"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

Attended for a hysteroscopy recently, taken on time, staff nurse told me exactly what to expect before, during and after the procedure.  During the procedure they kept me talking to take my mind off the discomfort.  Couldn't have been easier.  Thanks very much to the 4 excellent staff who looked after me, showing me care, respect and compassion.
