"Extremely accommodating"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Audiology Hearing Aid Department

(as a service user),

I recently had a little baby girl and was having a few ongoing issues with a wound from delivery. I received a letter in the post to attend her newborn hearing screening.

I rang the service to see if they could accommodate an earlier appointment as I would be in the vicinity in the morning rather than the afternoon. I got speaking to a very genuine and caring lady called Kiera.

She was so kind and sincere on the phone and said they would see my daughter no problem. We attended my appointment and Kiera took the time to come to carry out her hearing test.

Thank you Kiera for being so helpful and offering a very friendly service to us and especially to me as a new mum.

Hi MMcer99

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your positive experience when your daughter attended the newborn hearing screening service. It is really helpful when our staff get the feedback that they are are doing a 'good job', so its really appreciated.

I will make sure Kiera and her manager get your kind words and hope your daughter is doing well.

Thanks again

Ruth
