"You are amazing at your job"

I just feel I have to express the wonderful experience I have had with my health visitor the past few weeks. I have recently given birth to my fourth and final baby and have had the privilege of having Catriona assigned as my health visitor. 

From the minute I met her she made me feel at ease. She came into our home and instantly made me feel at ease and relaxed. She was unbelievably helpful - listening intently to every concern I had. I was able to ask her questions and discuss so much without feeling anything was a stupid question, I felt under no time pressure and felt genuinely listened to. I just feel she genuinely cares and truly wants to provide the best advice and guidance. She demonstrated such empathy to our situation and suggested solutions to many queries I had. I felt like I had welcomed a very knowledgeable friend into our home. 

I feel so very thankful to have such an amazing health visitor associated with our family - she is an asset to the NHSCT and in particular, the health visiting team. 

Thank you so much for caring for us. Catriona - you were simply made to be a health visitor. You are amazing at your job!
