"Her kind and caring nature make her an asset"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son is 15 and attends the ICCN Continence clinic with Nurse Karen. Karen’s manner is something you rarely come across in the NHS. Since my son has attended the clinic the patience and sensitivity shown by Karen is wonderful in making him feel comfortable.

Her kind and caring nature make her an asset to the NHS and we are extremely grateful to have her looking after my son with a subject that can be difficult at times.
