After my femoral nail replacement, I was transferred to Musgrave for rehab. Katrina, a senior nursing assistant, truly made a difference in my recovery. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering both attentive care and genuine kindness. Katrina took the time to calm my anxieties, kept a smile on my face, and I observed her extending the same level of compassionate support to all patients, helping us feel more at ease in an unfamiliar setting.
