I had chest and back pain and called my GP to make an appointment, they advised me to go to A&E. After checking in I was given an ECG and had several samples of blood taken.
All the staff were amazing, really professional and so friendly, I was made to feel at ease by every one of them. At one point there were 74 patients waiting to be treated, the atmosphere was calm and all the staff were so helpful.
My bloods were clear and the ECG was fine and after a check up from a doctor I was told the problem was muscular and that he was happy for me to go home.
From start to finish the process took just under 2.5 half hours. Absolutely amazing! The NHS and those that work within it are the very best there is. My thanks to everyone at this excellent A&E department.
