Recently I received a laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Crosshouse and the care I received was second to none.
The whole surgical team were absolutely lovely to me. I feel so bad because I can’t remember the lovely anaesthetist's name but he kept me very calm and updated & also a massive thanks to the anaesthetic nurse whose name also has slipped my mind!
Couldn’t have faulted anything from them. I’d like to give a massive thank you especially to Kirsten in theatre recovery for making me feel so well looked after & Robyn in recovery reception for looking after me until I left.
