"Booking GP appointment from 111 referral"

About: Queens Park Health Centre

(as a service user),

I called 111 and spoke to nurse about my shoulder injury, she then booked a phone back call from your surgery the next day. I received a call at 8.30am from a receptionist - Queens Park Surgery (General Practice) - to confirm appointment at Honey Suckle mid-morning. Then received another call but went to voicemail from a different receptionist saying GP would call instead of face to face appt. 40 minutes after appointment time and still received no phone call from GP.
