I write on behalf of my wife to pass on her comments relating to her recent visit to the above department.
She attended to have a tooth removed, an experience she did not look forward to. Her referral had been advised by our dentist due to the possible complications arising from the cocktail of prescribed drugs she has to take.
From her arrival at the practice until the extraction procedure about an hour and ten minutes later, she could not have received more attention or care. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, but particularly the dental surgeon and the attending nurse. She received a very full explanation of the procedure and a review of her medical condition prior to the extraction. This attention to detail certainly put her at ease. After the extraction time was made available to answer any questions or further concerns she might have. We are sorry we do not the name of the surgeon or the nurse as the signature on the consent form is not clear, but we would request that our sincere thanks be passed on to all concerned.
We take this time to pass on our views as people are quick enough to criticise but slow to congratulate.
Regards
"Dental Extraction"
