Very unhelpful when trying sort change of meds and impossible to have face 2 face with gp. When finally the practice got their letter from the consultant at Yeovil District Hospital the practice still asked for emails saying they wanted this change to happen for my dad. I explained he is not good on computers and this would not be a quick process and also it is very difficult to have appointment with gp it took the lung cancer team from Yeovil District Hospital to make the appointment for my dad even though I explained he can hardly breathe walking from the living room to the kitchen even standing up as difficult it still took the team from Yeovil hospital to make the appointment which I think is disgraceful
