"So impressed with every aspect of my treatment"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre Victoria Hospital / Pre-assessment

(as the patient),

I was so impressed with every aspect of my treatment at the NTC Fife Orthopaedics Kirkcaldy.

Mr Howard, my surgeon, instilled confidence and from that appointment everyone I met was professional, caring and were a credit to this amazing orthopaedic Centre.

I don’t know how they did it, from secretarial staff, the pre-assessment Centre to every nurse and member of the team; the anaesthetist and operating team, everyone, considerate and empathetic. Physio and OHC, Catering staff and cleaners, this unit is amazing.

All the written communications were clear, with follow-up details and information provided in a booklet for reference.

My thanks to everyone!!

I would reassure anyone who is going to make this journey that they will be in good hands.
