"The nurse was excellent and had me sorted in 5 minutes"

About: Arbroath Infirmary / Minor Injuries NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

I had part off my hearing aid stuck in my ear the nurse was excellent and had me sorted in 5 minutes.

The only complaint I have is with the time it takes to get to speak to anyone with having to go through the 111 system!!!

We are aware that, at times, due to high demand, wait times to access our service are longer than we would like.
