"If you value your health, register elsewhere."

This happened whilst I was registered with the Erimus practice and I would tell everyone to avoid here if you value your health.

I was left over 2 back to back bank holiday weekends with a UTI. I had to contact 111 to get a script for antibiotics, and when it returned and went back to the practice, I was told that they couldn’t give me another script for the same antibiotics as they didn’t know whether they worked or not - even after having a script for them from 111 and working.

When I called up just before the 2nd bank holiday weekends to see if my results of the urine test had come back, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and said that these particular antibiotics hadnt worked when she’d had a UTI. As far as im aware, the receptionist hadnt trained to become a GP, so wasn’t in any position to give out advice.

It has taken me a while to give this review as I’ve had more important matters to attend to, but I want to make people aware of just how shocking this surgery is.

They need to step up their game and value their patients, care for them as they should, and give them the respect they deserve.
