"Kindness, care and total dedication"

About: St Michael's Hospital / St Josephs Ward

(as the patient),

I recently went into St. Joseph’s ward, Hayle hospital, for a total knee replacement. I had one knee done there already a few years ago.

I have to say it was excellent and just the same as when I was previously in there. The whole thing from start to finish was excellent.

The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. I really can’t speak highly enough about all of them, right from the nursing staff, to the kitchen staff, and the porters as well.

It was my choice to go to St. Michael’s as the treatment was so very good last time. I have no regrets doing the same again.

Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff there and I really would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their kindness, care and total dedication to their job .

Update posted by Carolyn271 (the patient)

It is only the truth. And I would have no worries about going to st Michael’s in Hayle at any time in the future if it became necessary. Lovely hospital with lovely stuff and so good at their job.
