"Dated systems, disinterested staff"

About: Fairfield General Hospital

Called to rearrange an appointment because it's not possible to this online - it's 2025, why can't this be done online? Dialled the number and went through to automated options, selected the correct option and was transferred to an operator. Operator sounded completely disinterested. Operator then asked me the same question that the automated options had asked previously. Operator then transferred me to another automated options line which subsequently transferred me through to another operator. 2nd Operator also sounded completed disinterested.

Seems like another waste of NHS funding due to outdated and poorly managed systems coupled with staff that appear to have no pride in their work. Unable to cancel appointment by phone so another missed NHS appointment and more wasted funding.
