About: Falmouth Road Group Practice

I visited the emergent care because I was enable to get a response from my go. When there, I was informed that some levels in my urine were high and they were concerned about my kidney was advised to check them again in 1-2 weeks with a nurse (to make another test)

I tried to book an appointment via phone and the app. After complaining, I was told it was impossible. I was informed that only same-day appointments were available and was advised to visit in person. Because of my job, I requested half a day off, which was extremely difficult (and expensive)

I arrived at 7:30am(the clinic opens at 8:00) and was the sixth patient in line. However, when I was seen, I was told there were no available appointments for the day and was not given an alternative.

Unbelievable. Treatment is awful. Person skills is the worst. I cannot make any comments about the medical part of the clinic. In 3 years I have register with them, I haven’t been able to get a single appointment.
