"Lovely staff"

I had an operation last week. I was very nervous and scared.
I met lovely lady which was my anaesthetist. Her name was Emma. All could remember is her lovely colourful hat with her name badge, with beautiful eyes. She has a lovely wee cat.
Unfortunately not had a chance to thank her and rest of her team afterwards. Any chance could meet in person?
