"Overall completely exemplary"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Orthopaedic Ward B23 Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as the patient),

After a fall at Hotel Inversnaid travelling with Lochs & Glens, Scotland I was taken to the Forth Valley Hospital.  I was on holiday from Devon.

All the staff at the hospital were so kind and compassionate.

Special thanks must go to Ward nurses of B23 ward, especially Fern, Daniella and Lauren.  The were so professional and caring and made me really comfortable being so far from home.

Special thanks also to Kevin and his team Claire, Nicole & Jodie who placed my broken tibia (leg) in a light cast.  They again were so professional and made me laugh so much, will never forget that half hour.

X-ray was prompt and so caring.

And, of course, a huge thanks to the ladies who helped me with my internet banking for sure.

Overall completely exemplary, thank you so very much.

Dear NorthamE,

I am so sorry to hear of your injury while visiting Scotland. It is lovely that you have taken time to feedback about the service you received here in FVRH. I am certain the X-ray team will be grateful for your kind comments and I will ensure to feed them back to our team.

I wish you a speedy recovery, and hope you are able to finish your tour in the future once back to full health,

Best Wishes,

Dear NorthamE

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. We're so glad to hear that, despite the circumstances, the care and support you received at Forth Valley Hospital helped make your time away from home a little easier. It sounds like the team really went above and beyond, and it's clear that they made a lasting impression on you.

I will be sure to pass on your special thanks to Claire, Nicole, Jodie, and the rest of the team for their professionalism, kindness, and compassion. It’s lovely to hear that they made you feel comfortable and even managed to make you laugh during what must have been a difficult time.

We hope you're recovering well, and we're grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of your journey. Wishing you all the best in your recovery and many happy returns to Scotland in the future!

Take care and thank you again for your kind words.

Kind regards

Kevin
