"Fantastic care"

I was under Emerald Team for my second pregnancy. It was such a postive experiece and the care recieved was fantastic. The continutity care was a much better experience that previous - it was night & day difference.

I was appointed to Rachel, and from my 12 week scan it was nice to see the same face at every appointment, and the ability to send a message outside of appointments is a great touch for the small things. It was wonderful having Rachel as part of my journey - she was an amazing source of support and encouragement, and helped me with my confidence, especially when I went past 40 weeks. Her encouragement during early labour was exactly what I needed. Postnatally, it was lovely that Rachel still followed up to check on how things were after a trip to MAAU after being discharged.

Sarah and Briege supported me during labour & birth. Both were calm and extremely supportive. Every step was clearly explained, which made me feel reassured and well looked after throughout.

It is nice that it is a familar faces out to visit at home. The help in settling in with a new baby was greatly apprieciated, and I would credit the assistance in breastfeeding (and consistent advice recieved) in the early days to a successful and postive breastfeeding journey.
