"The entire team were truly amazing"

I just wanted to say a huge thanks to both Kate and her team for making me feel so relaxed and at ease during my recent prostrate biopsy procedure.

Particularly Kate, for the clear, straightforward and precise way she explained the procedure, showing me on screen in detail what it entailed    In addition, I found her kind, warm and down to earth manner so comforting. 

During the inevitable internal prodding and probing, the team gathered round encouraging me to engage in small talk in order to dissuade me from thinking too much of what was happening procedure wise! Their strategy worked perfectly and in no time at all I was up and ready to depart! 

The entire team were truly amazing, not just outstanding but exceptional! 

Driving home afterwards, I felt relaxed and reassured of what could occur in the aftermath of the procedure. I cannot thank Kate  and her caring team  enough! Kind regards and best wishes to you all.
