"A lovely experience at the western general cancer Centre"

About: Western General Hospital / Oncology

(as a relative),

Whilst attending oncology we were assisted by a healthcare worker. He weighed my mum and showed her to the next area.

A short intervention, however such a positive one. The chap was bright, friendly, helpful and just the tonic needed at such a stressful time.

He had spacers in his ears I hope he can be identified from that and gets a well deserved bit of positive feedback.

Dear Mels45,

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I will ensure the HCW knows that you have posted this... I know exactly who you mean... thank you.

Best wishes to you and I hope if you have any further visits to the ECC that they are as positive as this one.
