About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. 

Call handlers, nurses and Doctor Salma provided exceptional, timely care and ensured I was transferred to the Ulster Hospital for an emergency MRI immediately. 

She was so thorough in her assessment and examination, ensuring she explained everything clearly in a reassuring and informative manner. I feel so thankful for the fabulous care received.
