Our daughter had a psychotic episode and when she came out of hospital the early intervention team which includes Dr Sanga, Dashi, Jenny and Lisa has been incredibly supportive.
My wife and I are writing to express our profound gratitude for the exceptional support and expertise provided by each member of the Early Intervention Team. Their dedication to supporting individuals and families during critical times such as ours does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated.
The comprehensive and compassionate approach that has been taken by the team in their work not only uplifts our spirits but also significantly contributes to the journeys of all you help towards better health and well-being. Your ability to connect with us, listen to us and understand our unique situations, in which you have provided tailored interventions, is truly remarkable.
Dr Sanga, Dashi, Jenny and Lisa, your commitment to maintaining high standards, professionalism, your passion to achieving better outcomes for the individuals you support and their families, delivered with compassion and empathy, has made this difficult journey more bearable.
Thank you once again for your hard work, patience, unwavering support and excellence. We are also grateful to the trust for putting such a valuable programme in place. Due to your intervention and commitment to our daughter, she has shown remarkable progress and centredness. You are our heroes. You mean more to us than words can express. Please know that your efforts make a real difference in the lives of many, and they are greatly appreciated by all who have the privilege to work with you.
