I had an appointment in the afternoon was welcomed by a member of staff as I walked into the department very happy an very polite the receptionist was lovely I was taken on time by a lovely nurse who was always clear with what she was saying listening to what I was telling her very very polite and caring made sure I was ok 100 percent dedication the department was immaculate I cannot fault anything at all I felt very at ease everyone should respect the staff at all times as they are wonderful people
