I called 111 for a GP out of hours service and felt the call handler was really patient and kind. I was called back by someone within the allotted time who asked if I wanted a face to face. I was expecting not to have one and was so pleased this was offered. I got to the site early and was seen straight away. The GP was so thorough and helped with my condition. Really pleased with the efficiency and communication and care of all staff involved. Please share this with them! Thank you
