"They saved my Dad’s life twice in 1 week"

About: Cardiology / Coronary Care Unit Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

I would like to express my thanks to the 2 crew’s who have attended to my Dad within the last week.

The first time he was having a massive heart attack and they responded rapidly and transported him to hospital. The second time, a few hours after being discharged he was really struggling with his breathing, again the crew arrived and supplied him with oxygen and transported him safely to hospital for further treatment.

Also a massive thank you to all of the CCU staff at Ninewells.

Hi Ellie99by6,

Really sorry to hear about your dad's recent heart issues. That is quite something it happening twice in the same week. I hope he's doing a bit better now.

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to say thank you to our staff and for sharing your experience. It is brilliant to hear that our staff took such great care of him and were able to get there rapidly to save his life.

Please pass on our very best wishes to your dad.

Take care and thanks again,

Mark
